Don't cha love dead beat dad's

Well Lauren did the funniest thing the other day, her and Kenedey went between my bed and the wall. Well kenedey could stand up and Lauren couldn't. Then a few days later she did it again and so I took her picture, it was HILARIOUS to see her, just the top of her head. It was sooooooo funny, I had to take her picture. That's all for now, I just wanted to share these pics. Oh, I guess I will give you all an update on me while I am at it. Well as most of you know Ryan has lost his job with Barrett. He didn't bother to give me any for warning that I wouldn't be receiving child support or nothing, it just stopped coming. Then I get a phone call from my lawyer saying that Ryan's attorney just now checked on my state aid for day care, when I signed a waiver months ago giving him access to my info at the FIA, and now claims that I owe Ryan somewhere around $5,500 because he has been paying to much in daycare expenses. Well first of all I shouldn't owe that dead beat shit! Second of all, he still hasn't given us his pay stubs from Barrett. Even Ryan admitted he was making more money there. And lastly if his lawyer was doing his job he would have looked into my stuff at the FIA back in march when I signed the waiver and we wouldn't have this problem. Anyway, I sent my lawyer a breakdown of my out of the pocket expenses for daycare and he is getting Ryan's pay stub from Barrett and the evaluation will be done based on that, so hopefully everything will work out. If it comes out that i do owe him money it won't be much and since he hasn't sent me a dime since Sept. 6th it will come out of that money.

Other than no child support and having to try and get student loans to cover my bills things are good! My classes are going great. Math I am getting a 4.0, I know who knew I would be so good at math even when I despise it. As for Human Bio I am getting a 3.0. Which is good since I am not to good at Science and it is a really really hard class. I am positive that I can improve my grade, I am shooting for a 3.5. This should be a good week, it is Project Success day on Tuesday and for those of you who know what that is I am excited, no class! I also get to have lunch that day with a good friend of mine and do some catching up, so I am really excited to get to spend some time with him. Well talk to you all soon.

Jack's First Day of School!!!!!

Well where do I begin, my little baby is off to his first day of school. Kristyn, can you believe that the little baby the you waited hours to see in a cold waiting room is big enough to go to school! Yes, big bird, as we called him before he was born because I couldn't pick a name, is finally a Big Boy! We took Lauren to day care and she wasn't quite sure about going into the house with out her big brother, I don't think she understood what was going on. The bribed her into the house with letting her watch Stewart Little. Then Jack and I went to his school. He was so excited we went and put his bookbag in his locker and then went to the lobby to wait for everyone else to get there. Once everyone was there and the big kids cleared the halls they headed to his class room. I asked him if he wanted me to go with him and he said "No, I am big now mom." So I left him with his teachers, so he could be big, lol! I will tell you all more later tonight on how his first day went and how the bus ride was, he was excited to ride the bus too.

She is getting so big and is absolutely beautiful! My cousin took her on Saturday and did her pictures and they look amazing. My cousin is a wonderful photographer. I am so amazed at the photo she takes and these ones of Lauren just take the cake! So I am just going to post them and let you all take a look at pictures of our little model by Kari our family photographer!

Finally!

Ok, I know your all thinking finally she has come back to blog. Well I have been super busy with classes. Last night Jack cleaned the toilet and so I took a picture of him doing it. He did a really good job I was so surprised.

Cat!

Well we got a cat. It is soooooo cute. Her name is Winnie but we have been calling her Minnie, Jack calls her minnie winnie. She is 3 years old, has had all her shots and has been spayed. She also came with the chip in her back in case she gets lost. We went to the Humane Society and she was sooo cute and only $25. She is really playful but still a litle afraid of the kids. I wanna go back and get fluffy this other really cute one that is a little younger than Minnie and fluffier, same color though. For now one is plenty.
